Happy Birthday To Me !!!

I got tagged by wookit. I have to name 6 random weird things about myself.

1.  I play with the end of my nose when I think.  I put my finger on the end of my nose and push it in small circles.  I really don't know why, I've just done it for years.

2. I can't stand to eat pickles on any kind of sandwich.  I only eat pickles if they are on the side.  If they are on my sandwich or hamburger I will have it remade because I don't like the bread or meat to taste like pickles.  But I like pickles if they are on the side or out of a jar.

3. I can't walk around my house barefoot, but I can't sleep with socks on. 

4. Like Wookit, When I close my eyes I see random images.  It's not black.  The background is always one color, and the image is another contrasting color. I've actually spent time trying to concentrate to see what the image is but the harder I concentrate the farther away the image gets.

5.  I get random songs stuck in my head.  Songs that I haven't heard in YEARS.  Suddenly they are just there... in my head..

6.  I live in Texas and don't like chicken fried steak, pecans, or John Wayne. 

OK... so I haven't posted in a few weeks...  I have been really busy lately..  I really need to get out my digital camera and take some pictures for you guys so that you can all meet HissyFits, my hedgehog, and so You can see my tragus which I just pierced. (*A tragus is that small piece of cartilage in front of your ear, in my terms, "that sticky outtie thingie."*)  Anyway, I love it.  So I now have 4 piercings, soon to be 5 when I get the other side done.  And I'm getting my tattoo probably in the next two weeks. 

I'm getting that clover tattoo'd on the top of my right foot. Exactly like it is in the picture, no color.  I like things simple.  WHY a clover you may ask.  One, because I'm part irish. Two, because I have always had a thing for clovers. Three, the lucky symbol for an Aries is a clover.  So ... I'm getting one.. WHY on the top of my foot you ask?  Because if I am ever sad or scared and I am looking down I will see a symbol for good luck.  I have always been an extremely lucky person, not because I win stuff or things like that, but simply because I have had a very blessed life.  I consider myself lucky to have gone through the things I have and to still be the person I am now.  I could be bitter, but I'm not.  I am lucky enough to have a family that loves and accepts me for who I am.  I am lucky enough to have friends that love and care for me the way they do.  I am lucky to understand that every person that I have had in my life was there for a reason and purpose and I have learned and grown from that.  So, I figure I'm lucky... and because I'm lucky, I'll put a reminder on what I see if I ever get to the point where I'm looking down.  It will remind me to pick my head back up and to keep moving on. (long explanation huh?)

So anyway... college... it's going good.. I'm making straight A's and my first class is over Saturday.  Chris keeps telling me I'm very smart since I'm making A's, but it's actually not that hard.  I just study and do all my assignments on my day off.  Internet College is great for busy people !!

Chris and I are doing great!  We are about to start working on the house and fixing up the stuff we don't like.  I think I'm going to pull up the carpet in the bathroom *yeah you read that right* and lay down tile.  So if you hear a primal scream in the distance.. it's me.. being way over my head !  But HEY !  if those people on trading spaces can do it... so can I !!! *rolls her eyes and looks up contractors in her area just in case*

So I guess that's about all for right now.... at least until I find the usb cable for my digital camera so I can upload pictures.. I might have to steals Mom's docking station...*hmmmmm *

so... I'm back in college and I'm still working a 60 hour work week, I have a live in boyfriend, 3 cats and a hedgehog.  I'm way to busy to be me right now !  Work is ok... I'm still not happy.  Some things were said to me by my "head coach" that really upset me.  That was last sunday and everything I think of that conversation I still get pissed off.  I really don't have somebody that I can go to above me for everyday little problems that arise in my store.  He says to call him, but when I do he says, " I'll see what I can do." and I never get a phone call back, so it wastes my time calling him in the first place.  I'm looking for a new job actually....

It's Valentines day and I don't feel good.  I think I'm coming down with this mess that everybody else around here seems to have.  BUT *20 minutes later* I got valentines day presents !!!  roses and candy and balloons !!  hehe He loves me !

I'm looking for a new house to rent... I'm really tired of dealing with all the stuff here.  Hopefully it will be soon.  I hate moving, but I'm ready to move lol.

Well, I'm gonna go find something else to do *hugs*
